We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at that time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free if it is a result of an error on our end.

It's not possible to change or add items to an order that has already been processed and sent to the warehouse. Please place a new order or initiate a return.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

All items are available for immediate shipping. Our website is updated daily to reflect inventory counts. If you try to purchase a product in a quantity that is unavailable, you will receive notification.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-7 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Average processing time is currently 2 business days. Email notice with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

You can login to your account to track your package or go here. Upon receiving email notice, please allow appropriate transit time.
Arrival Date
Expected arrival dates are for domestic orders placed today. Dates provided are our best estimates and are not guaranteed.
If you need your order by a specific date, please note this in the "Comments" box during checkout. If your order can not arrive in time, we will let you know prior to processing.
Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, rural locations and delivery of oversized items and hazardous or flammable materials.
Estimated Arrival Dates Do Not Apply to:

› Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags and paperwork still attached, and include all the original packaging. See our return policy for details.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). Refunds are issued in the same form in which the order was originally paid for.
