Shipping Methods
All orders ship United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking. Real-time rates are calculated during checkout prior to payment and order completion. Rates are based on weight of package, shipping destination and shipping method.
Where’s My Stuff?
Processing Time + Transit Time = Arrival Date
Average processing time is 2 business days. Average transit time is 3-7 days and is based on the shipping method selected during checkout. Notice with tracking will be emailed once your order has been shipped. This will provide the estimated arrival date.
If you setup an account prior to placing your order, you can also login to your account to track your package. Upon notice, please allow appropriate transit time for the shipping method selected during checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, please note this in the “Order Notes” when placing your order. If your order can not arrive in time, we will let you know prior to processing.
Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, rural locations and delivery of oversized items and hazardous or flammable materials.
Estimated arrival dates do not apply to:
› Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and rural areas
› Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses
› Items that must be sent by ground only: hazardous, flammable and oversize items
Unavailable Items
We stock all items listed on this site. And, inventory availability is continually updated every 1/2 hour. However unlikely, in the event that an item is out of stock at the time of filling your order, that item will be canceled and a refunded immediately issued in the same method used to purchase. An adjusted receipt will be included along with your shipment and/or emailed.
Packages do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:
