Returns

We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) purchase, we offer a full refund less shipping within 30 days from the date of shipping. Shipping will be reimbursed only if an item/order was mis-shipped, damaged or lost.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and paperwork that was included with your item.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom and built-to-order items
  • Open Box, and Clearance Items
  • Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way (including cut, clipped or stripped wires)
  • Items not purchased by the original customer (we require the original purchase receipt)
  • Items over 30 days of delivery
